As one of Vancouver’s most prolific entertainers, Timothy has been relentlessly promoting the arts in Vancouver. It’s an uphill struggle due to this city’s limitations on venue curfews, absurd bylaws prohibiting dancing, and living expenses that few artists can afford. Timothy’s goal is to make Vancouver fun. This is a world class city and it’s time our artistic scene came to fruition.
